In addition to standard EVA foam or LD foam in different thicknesses, we encourage our customers to use fully recycled foam made from used mattresses. Our foam Converting techniques include foam slicing in needed thickness, die cutting, laser cutting, CNC milling and engraving, suede lining, paper lining.

LD Foam Inserts

LD Foams are widely used foams because of its soft and flexible form. Via Aquaria offers a wide range of LD foam densities like LD 18 foam, LD 29 foam, LD 33 foam and many more to fit the particular needs of a product whether it be Box for Candles, Or Box for Drinks and Beverages. The LD Foams comes in various colors, but white and black LD Foams are the most common colors chosen by our clients.

Eva Foam is another widely used Foams which can be considered a good substitute for natural rubber because of its rubbery form. Via Aquaria the its high tech cutting machinery will adjust the foam based on your box measurements to provide a solid, gentle, but secure fitment for your product. Eva foam also comes in various colors, but white and black are the commonly used forms of the Foam.

Foam Inserts

We can offer different Foam Inlays for all type of boxes to make your product be secure and look stunning. Foam Inlays can be in different colors, materials and shapes. Everything based on the demand of our customers to satisfy their needs!

Materials

Foam inlays are available in different densities starting from 18 kg/m3 to 45 kg/m3 and different materials: Eva foam, Plastazote foam, open cell LD foam, closed cell LD foam. Most common material for foam inlays is LD 30 plastazote foam.

Print

Foam inlays can be lined with any textile like suede, velvet etc. These materials come in variety of colors. In exceptional cases, lining materials can be printed in blind stamping, adding extra value to the foam inlay and the box.
