Luxury Rigid Boxes
Base and lid box is the most common box type in the world. We produce them in a huge variety of sizes, printing and finishing options. Boxes are made from recycled grey board wrapped in printed paper, art paper or textile. By default all our base and lid boxes are grooved and stand out among other boxes with super sharp and clean edges. Quantities from few hundred pcs. up to 2000 pcs. are produced manually or semi manually, runs from 2000 pcs. and up – on a fully automated lines. Adding a touch of creative design and endless of post print finishing options, simple base and lid box can turn into super premium looking piece of art.
Sharp Edged Base & Lid Box
Sharp edges with its clean and attractive look becomes very attractive for the customers. It gives the box a clean and nice look to make your product stand out in the crowd. By default, all our boxes are grooved, which results in 90 % sharp box edges.
Round Edge Base & Lid Box
Round edges are commonly produced boxes with a round edge where the board is die cut and edges are smoothly made rounded. It is a matter of choice and taste whether our customers prefer the rounded or sharp edges for their boxes.
Base & Lid Box with inlays
Inlays not only add to the design of your product, but it also assures that the product is safe and kept securely in the box. At Via Aquaria, we do not put a limit on how many inlays should be in your box, as we believe our customers are unique, and so are their products and orders. Paper inlays, foam inlays and fitments, greyboard, corrugated board, and e-flute inserts are some of the endless options available for our customers. The purpose of having a sleeve in the base and lid box is mainly to secure the lid from falling, but it is worth mentioning that it also has various beauty benefits. Our customers add sleeves to decrease the cost by not laminating the whole box, and/or print distinct logos and descriptions for specific countries.

Most of our Premium Base & Lid Boxes are covered with fancy decorative papers and finished with hot foil stamping, UV varnish, Embossing or Debossing. Boxes can also be covered with different offset printed papers, some of them can be done with silkscreen print.
Materials
Most of our luxury Boxes are manufactured from high quality 1,5mm, 2mm 2,4 mm, and 3mm grey-board/book-board and laminated with printed papers, decorative papers, textile or artificial leather. Some of them are hand finished or 100% hand made!
Post-print finishing
The Luxury Base and Lid Boxes can be finished with UV Varnish, Hot Foil Stamping in variety of colors, Embossing, Debossing, Windows, Ribbon Lifter Tabs, etc. Matt, gloss, non-scratch, soft touch, linen textured laminate can be used.
Accessories
Inlays and Fitments of many kinds from Foam Inserts, to Paper Inlays, Corrugated and Cardboard Inlays can be installed on the Box to keep your product secure and stunning.
