Project (Sales) Manager

UAB Via Aquaria is looking for a driven and motivated Project (Sales) Manager—a professional who loves the sales process, has strong skills and experience in sales, speaks fluent English, and can react and act quickly. In this role, you will be part of an international business in a fast-growing company that produces and sells exclusive and luxury packaging for global brands across Europe and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales/business model (very important);
  • Prospecting for new clients, building and continuously expanding the client base;
  • Direct communication with foreign companies and their representatives, conducting negotiations;
  • Preparing competitive pricing strategies and commercial proposals;
  • Preparing orders for production;
  • Writing and managing invoices;
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales;
  • Strong pricing knowledge;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel;
  • Excellent spoken and written English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills;
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure;
  • Result-oriented mindset with a fast-paced approach;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

€1000–1500/month (net)
