Custom Sleeve Boxes
Base and sleeve box is same type of box as base and lid, but lid here is replaced by a carton sleeve. Base is made from grey board lined with printed or art paper, sleeve can be done from any desired carton or paper. In some cases it can be more economic version instead of having a rigid box lid. These type of boxes can be produced in a variety of sizes, printing, covering materials. All range of finishing options here is available too. Higher volumes are manufactured on fully automated lines, smaller runs on semi-automatic or manual machines.
Base & Sleeve Box made of Cardboard
Base & Sleeve boxes made with cardboard are light in weight and have a great look. These boxes can be produced in high volumes and the prices are relatively cheaper than boxes produced using rigid boards. These boxes are commonly used to pack items like drinks, and other products like Box for exclusive Candles, or Cosmetic Products.
Ribbon Pull bases
The Ribbon Pull bases gives your customer a smooth opening experience. Box can be easily opened using the ribbon as a tool. It gives the tray a unique look as it is installed perfectly to create a balance while pulling out the tray.
Rigid Board Sleeve
Rigid Sleeves are for luxury items as it requires stronger, durable and exclusive sleeves to not only keep the box intact and protected, but also add to the elegant design of the box. Rigid Board Sleeves are a bit more expensive than Carton, or Corrugated board sleeves, but it brings a ton of additional benefits for the box and your product.
Carton Board Sleeve
Carton Board Sleeve is a more economic version of Base and Sleeve Boxes. The sleeve is usually made with Rigid or Corrugated board, where the sleeve is made using Carton Board to decrease the costs. The sleeves using Carton Boxes are usually made from 250-350 GSM carton board.
Base & PVC window Sleeve Box
The purpose of the cutout window is to make the product visible, so your customer not only see, but feel the product. The cutout widows comes with/without PVC windows. The PVC windows are glued in from the inside of the jacket to give a clean and solid product impression.

Inlays does not only add to the design of your product, but it also assures that the product is safe and kept tidy in the box. At the Via Aquaria, we do not put a limit on how many inlays should be in your box; as, we believe our customers are unique, and so is there products and orders. Most of our Premium Base and Sleeve Boxes are covered with fancy decorative papers and finished with hot foil stamping, UV varnish, embossing or depossing. Boxes can also be covered with different offset printed papers, some of them can also be done with silkscreen print.
Materials
Most of our luxury Base & Sleeve Boxes are manufactured from high quality 1,5mm, 2mm 2,4 mm, and 3mm greyboard/bookboard and laminated with printed papers, decorative papers, textile or artificial leather. Some of them are hand finished or 100% hand made!
Post-print finishing
Rigid Base & Sleeve Boxes can be finished with UV varnish, hot foil stamping in variety of colors, embossing, debossing, windows, Ribbon Pull Tabs etc. Matt, gloss, non-scratch, soft touch, linen textured laminate can be used.
