Foam inlays and fitments are essential components in the packaging solutions when it comes to safe placement of fragile products like bottles, glasses, candles, medical equipment etc. Unlike many other manufacturers, at Via Aquaria we have all foam converting equipment in house being able to come with quick and functional solution for different foam insert options. In addition to standard EVA foam or LD foam in different thicknesses, we encourage our customers to use fully recycled foam made from used mattresses. Our foam Converting techniques include foam slicing in needed thickness, die-cutting, laser cutting, CNC milling and engraving, suede lining, paper lining.
